摘要
以JKM-4.7×6Ⅲ多绳摩擦式提升机为研究对象,介绍一种多绳缠绕式提升机主轴装置设计.具体设计中从谐响应分析、瞬态动力学分析以及主轴振动特性分析三个角度实施提升机主轴装置动力学仿真分析,并根据仿真分析结果介绍提升机主轴装置设计.将主轴装置设计应用于工程实践,以实践确认设计应用价值.最终综合确认提升机主轴装置的应用有效性.
Taking JKM-4.7×6Ⅲmulti-rope friction type hoist as the research object,a multi-rope winding type hoist spindle device design is introduced.The specific design adopts three perspectives from the harmonic response analysis,transient dynamics analysis and spindle vibration characteristics analysis to implement the implementation of the dynamics of the hoist spindle device simulation analysis,and introduces the design of the hoist spindle device according to the results of the simulation analysis.The spindle device design application in engineering practice,in order to practice to confirm the value of the design application.The final comprehensive confirmation of the effectiveness of the application of the hoist spindle device.
