带式输送机托辊轴结构安全性能分析及优化

摘要 带式输送机是选煤厂的重要输送设备,对于提高选煤厂的高效运输及稳定性具有重要的影响作用.托辊轴作为托辊支撑的主要构件,其结构性能对输送带的稳定运行具有重要的影响.采用有限元仿真的形式对托辊轴的结构性能进行分析,并依据分析结果对其结构进行一定的优化处理,从而提高托辊轴的结构性能,满足带式输送机的运行需求. Belt conveyor is an important conveying equipment in coal processing plant,which has an important influence on improving the efficient transport and stability of coal processing plant.As the main component of roller support,the structural performance of the roller shaft has an important influence on the stable operation of the conveyor belt.The structural performance of the rollers is analysed in the form of finite element simulation,and its structure is optimised according to the analysis results,so as to improve the structural performance of the rollers and meet the operational requirements of the belt conveyor.
