摘要
对于工作于恶劣工况下的卡车来说,变速箱高低挡同步器的磨损率较高,导致卡车的故障率较高,因此,改进高低挡同步器是急需解决的问题。通过对同步器作用过程、受力分析提出改进方案,计算得到理论参数,开展试验验证新型同步器的工作能力,达到改进高低挡同步器的目的。
For trucks working in harsh conditions,the high and low gear synchronisers in the transmission have a high wear rate,which leads to a high failure rate of the trucks,so the improvement of the high and low gear synchronisers is an urgent problem to be solved.The improvement scheme is proposed by analysing the synchronizer's action process and force analysis,calculating the theoretical parameters,and carrying out the test to verify the working ability of the new synchronizer,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the high and low gear synchronizer.
