摘要
为了分析带式输送机托辊的工作性能,基于Ansys软件,通过有限元仿真的方式分析其在运动过程中的应力及变形情况,并根据模拟结果对托辊结构进行针对性优化,采用焊接腹板结构的方式来增加管体中间部位的强度及刚度.优化结果表明,增加腹板结构可以很好地优化改善带式输送机托辊的工作性能,托辊的稳定性及可靠性得到了一定程度的提升.
In order to analyse the working performance of the rollers,based on Ansys software,the stress and deformation in the movement process are analysed by means of finite element simulation,and according to the simulation results,the structure of the rollers is optimised,and the welded web structure is used to increase the strength and stiffness of the middle part of the tube body.Optimisation results show that the increase of the web structure can be well optimised to improve the performance of the belt conveyor rollers,and the stability and reliability of the rollers have been improved to a certain extent.
