充填液压支架关键组件力学分析

摘要 为探究充填液压支架运行质量的提升路径,以某煤矿企业自主研发的ZC8800型矸石充填液压支架为研究对象,应用有限元分析方法对该充填液压支架的顶梁、底座、掩护梁和立柱四个主要部位在典型工况下的受力情况进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果进行针对性优化.测试结果显示,优化后的各个结构在受力条件上得到明显改善,证明此次分析与优化工作取得了初步的进展. In order to explore the improvement path of the operation quality of the filling hydraulic stent,the ZC8800 gangue filling hydraulic stent independently researched and developed by a coal mine enterprise is taken as the research object,and the finite element analysis method is applied to analyse the force of the four main parts of the filling hydraulic stent-the top beam,the base,the cover beam and the column-under the typical working conditions,and the optimization is carried out according to the results of the analysis.The test results show that the optimised structures have been significantly improved in the force conditions,which proves that preliminary progress has been made in this analysis and optimisation work.
