摘要
某矿9306运输巷掘进过F7断层影响区时,面临顶板破碎、构造应力发育等问题影响,原有的锚杆索支护方式受锚固端不稳定、围岩承载能力差及支护强度偏低等因素影响,围岩控制效果不佳.结合现场情况,提出采用以超前注浆、增加顶锚杆长度、顶板增设柔性梯形梁等方式控制破碎顶板巷道围岩变形量,并具体给出围岩支护技术方案.现场应用后,9306运输巷过顶板破碎带期间围岩始终保持稳定,顶底板及巷帮变形均较小,现场使用的围岩支护技术方案取得较好围岩控制效果.
When a mine 9306 transport roadway is dug through the F7 fault influence area,it faces the influence of roof plate crushing,tectonic stress development and other problems,and the original anchor cable support method is affected by the unstable anchor end,poor bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,and low support strength,which results in a poor effect of the surrounding rock control.Combined with the site conditions,it is proposed to control the deformation of the surrounding rock in the broken roof roadway by means of overrunning grouting,increasing the length of top anchor rods,and installing flexible trapezoidal beams on the top plate,etc.,and give the technical scheme of supporting the surrounding rock specifically.After the application on site,the peripheral rock of 9306 transport roadway over the broken roof plate always remains stable during the period,and the deformation of the top and bottom plates and the roadway gangs are small,and the peripheral rock support technology programme used on site has achieved better peripheral rock control effect.
