井下采煤机双电机协调控制分析

摘要 为进一步提升井下采煤机双电机协调控制效果,以某煤矿企业应用的MG300/700型电牵引采煤机为研究对象,并采用ADAMS和MATLAB软件共同对其进行仿真分析研究,在结合施工图纸建立基本分析模型的基础上,对双电机协调控制方案进行优选,确定了交叉耦合控制模式及其控制器设计要点,并对其实际应用效果进行测试.结果显示,交叉耦合控制模式基本实现了双电机协调控制,具有一定的应用价值. In order to further improve the effect of coordinated control of dual motors of underground coal mining machine,a coal mining enterprise applies MG300/700 electric traction coal mining machine as the object of study,and uses ADAMS and MATLAB software to simulate and analyse the research,on the basis of the establishment of the basic analytical model in combination with the construction drawings,the coordinated control of the dual-motor control scheme for the preference of the two motors to determine the cross-coupling control mode and its controller design points,and test the effect of its practical application.The cross-coupling control mode and its controller design points,and its practical application effect is tested.The results show that the cross-coupling control mode basically realises the coordinated control of dual motors and has certain application value.
