摘要
基于盛泰煤矿15203工作面过X4陷落柱期间,回采煤柱垮落严重,导致工作面推进速度慢,陷落柱区支架阻力大、支架出现陷底现象,盛泰煤矿通过技术研究,对陷落柱区顶板及围岩采取"铺设柔性纤维网+顶梁架棚搭顶+水力膨胀锚杆"联合支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后有效控制了陷落柱区顶板破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效.
Based on the fact that during the period when 15203 working face of Shengtai Coal Mine passes through X4 fallen pillar,the collapsed coal pillar is serious,which leads to slow advancing speed of the working face,high resistance of the bracket in the area of fallen pillar,and the phenomenon of the bracket being stuck to the bottom,Shengtai Coal Mine adopts the joint support technology of"laying flexible fibre net+roof beam shelf roof+hydraulic expansion anchor"for the roof and surrounding rock in the area of fallen pillar through technical research,which can be seen through the actual application effect."Through the actual application effect,the top plate crushing phenomenon in the fallen pillar area is effectively controlled after adopting the joint support technology,and significant application results have been achieved.
