低温环境下超导电缆所用不锈钢波纹管的绝缘损耗特性研究

摘要 为调查低温环境下超导电缆所使用的不锈钢波纹管的绝缘损耗特性,并评估其在极端温度条件下的性能,在不同温度和电流条件下进行了一系列实验,通过测量电容和电阻值来分析不锈钢波纹管的电性能,并研究其磁滞损耗。经试验验证,不锈钢波纹管在低温环境下具有良好的电绝缘性能,随着温度的降低,绝缘损耗逐渐减小,表明其在极低温度下的性能更为可靠,同时,随着电流的增加,绝缘损耗略有增加,但幅度较小,表明其对电流引起的损耗具有一定的抵抗能力,此外,其磁滞损耗较低,有助于维持电缆的高效性能。 To investigate the insulation loss characteristics of stainless steel bellows used in superconducting cables in lowtemperature environments and evaluate their performance under extreme temperature conditions,a series of experiments were conducted under different temperature and current conditions.The electrical performance of stainless steel bellows was analyzed by measuring capacitance and resistance values,and their hysteresis losses were studied.Through experimental verification,stainless steel corrugated pipes have good electrical insulation performance in low temperature environments.As the temperature decreases,the insulation loss gradually decreases,indicating that their performance is more reliable at extremely low temperatures.At the same time,with the increase of current,the insulation loss slightly increases,but the amplitude is small,indicating that they have a certain resistance to losses caused by current.In addition,their magnetic hysteresis loss is low,which helps to maintain the efficient performance of cables.
