带电检测技术下的配网电力设备运维检修

摘要 传统配网电力设备运维检修需要人工在停电状态下进行,效率相对偏低,为此,提出带电检测技术下的配网电力设备运维检修方法。获取配网电力设备状态数据信息时,引入带电检测技术,以整体电网的供电状态为基准,结合不同组成部分之间的关系,统计不同电压等级下相关设备的运行参数。在配网电力设备运维检修阶段,根据不同电压等级相关参数之间的关系的变异程度,判断配网电力设备异常状态,并结合引起变异的因素,对相应设备采取针对性的检修措施。经测试,设计方法对于不同异常状态的运维最大时间开销仅为9.20 min,检修最大时间开销仅为28.15 min,效率较高。 The operation and maintenance of traditional distribution network power equipment require manual operation in a power outage state,which is relatively inefficient.Therefore,a method for operation and maintenance of distribution network power equipment under live detection technology is proposed.When obtaining the status data information of the power equipment of the distribution network,the live detection technology is introduced.Taking the power supply status of the overall power grid as the benchmark,combined with the relationship between different components,the operating parameters of the related equipment under different voltage levels are counted.In the operation and maintenance stage of the power equipment of the distribution network,the abnormal state of the distribution network power equipment is judged according to the variation degree of the relationship between the relevant parameters of different voltage levels,and targeted maintenance measures are taken for the corresponding equipment in combination with the factors causing the variation.Afer testing,the maximum time cost of operation and maintenance of the design method for different abnormal states is only 9.20 min,and the maximum time cost of maintenance is only 28.15 min,which has a relatively high efficiency.
