摘要
为解决煤矿综采工作面因回撤通道的布置不合理、对应支护工艺的设计不合理导致综采工作面的回采效率降低且在工作面回撤期间出现顶板下沉、冒顶等事故的问题,以1108综采工作面为例,在对其顶底板条件和相对位置分析的基础上,研究回撤工艺中末采挂网工艺、支护工艺以及液压支架回撤工艺。该研究成果可指导1108回撤工艺的具体实施。
In order to solve the problem that the mining efficiency of the fully mechanized working face is reduced due to the unreasonable layout of the withdrawal channel and the unreasonable design of the corresponding support technology,and the roof subsidence,roof fall and other accidents occur during the withdrawal of the working face,take 1108 fully mechanized working face as an example,based on the analysis of its roof and floor conditions and relative position,the last mining net hanging technology,support technology and hydraulic support withdrawal technology in the withdrawal process are studied.This research result can guide the specific implementation of the 1108 withdrawal process.
