矿用偏心辊式破碎机主轴动力学分析与疲劳寿命预测

摘要 为进一步探究矿用偏心辊式破碎机的运行特征,以ThyssenKrupp型偏心辊式破碎机设备为研究案例,首先,结合其实际运行特点,建立其刚柔耦合仿真分析模型;其次,结合具体运行工况,对该矿用偏心辊式破碎机的主轴部件在应力分布与疲劳寿命2个方面的指标进行仿真分析。结果显示,该主轴部件在应力与疲劳寿命等方面均符合预期要求,初步证明了该主轴部件的应用可行性。 To further explore the operating characteristics of mining eccentric roller crushers,the ThyssenKrupp eccentric roller crusher equipment is taken as a research case.Firstly,based on its actual operating characteristics,a rigid flexible coupling simulation analysis model is established.Secondly,based on specific operating conditions,simulate and analyze the stress distribution and fatigue life indicators of the main shaft components of the eccentric roller crusher used in the mine.The results show that the spindle component meets the expected requirements in terms of stress and fatigue life,preliminarily proving the feasibility of its application.
