基于Dematel-Topsis法的装配式建筑发展策略评估模型

A Framework for Assessing the Development Strategies of Assembly Buildings Using the Dematel-Topsis Methodology

装配式建筑是我国建筑业转型发展的主要方向之一,政府出台了一系列措施引导和保障装配式建筑的推广落实。本文基于Nvivo文本工具分析我国典型省份装配式保障措施的关键词频,并结合Dematel-Topsis法构建装配式建筑发展策略评价体系。该方法有利于相关部门构建与制定针对性措施,促进装配式建筑稳步发展。

Assembled building is one of the main directions for the transformation and development of China's construction industry,and the government has introduced a series of measures to guide and guarantee the promotion and implementation of assembled building.This paper analyzes the keyword frequency of assembly safeguard measures in typical provinces of China based on Nvivo text tool,and combines Dematel-Topsis method to construct the evaluation system of assembly building development strategy.The method can be conducive to the relevant departments to construct and develop targeted measures to promote the steady development of assembly building.
