高铁隧道二衬拱顶充填注浆施工技术及应用

摘要 隧道二衬拱顶背后脱空是影响二衬混凝土施工质量的关键问题,也是受施工工艺所导致的质量通病,给隧道建设带来了极大的安全隐患,特别是对于高铁隧道运营,安全风险极高。基于此背景,以华山松隧道二衬施工为工程依托,研究了高铁隧道二衬拱顶充填注浆施工技术,注浆采用纵向预留管道法,即在二衬混凝土浇筑前,于隧道拱顶设置注浆花管和排气管,为二衬拱顶脱空或局部不密实提供了有效的解决途径,在保证隧道二衬施工质量的同时,消除了运营期安全隐患,较大程度上降低了工程投入,并在华山松隧道取得了成功应用。 The void behind the arch of the second lining of the tunnel is a key issue affecting the construction quality of the second lining concrete,and it is also a common quality problem caused by construction technology,which brings great safety hazards to tunnel construction,especially for the operation of high-speed railway tunnels,where safety risks are extremely high.Based on this background,with the construction of the second lining of the Huashan Song Tunnel as the engineering support,the filling and grouting construction technology for the arch top of the high-speed rail tunnel second lining was studied.The grouting was carried out using the longitudinal reserved pipeline method,which installed grouting flower pipes and exhaust pipes on the arch top of the tunnel before pouring the concrete for the second lining.This provided an effective solution for the detachment or local non compaction of the arch top of the second lining,ensuring the construction quality of the tunnel second lining and eliminating safety hazards during operation,To a large extent,the project investment has been reduced,and it has been successfully applied in the Huashansong Tunnel.
