高速铁路上跨既有高速公路大跨度连续梁施工技术研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了在新建成都至自贡高速铁路上跨内威荣高速公路(40+64+40)m连续梁施工中,由于该连续梁跨度很大且上跨既有高速公路,使得施工大安全风险高。为此项目部对该连续梁挂篮受力进行分析复核,同时做好安全防护措施。通过一系列举措,安全顺利地完成了该大跨度连续梁施工,保障了高速公路的通行安全。该上跨既有高速公路大跨度连续梁施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This article mainly introduces the construction of a continuous beam spanning over the Neiweirong Expressway(40+64+40)m on the newly-built Chengdu Zigong high-speed railway.Due to the large span of the continuous beam and the fact that it spans over the existing expressway,the construction poses high safety risks.For this purpose,the project department conducted an analysis and review of the stress on the continuous beam hanging basket,while taking safety protection measures.Through a series of measures,the construction of the large-span continuous beam was safely and smoothly completed,ensuring the safety of the highway.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of large-span continuous beams on the existing expressway also provide reference and inspiration for similar construction in the future.
