Summary of the best evidence for blood lipid management in stroke high-risk population

目的总结卒中高危人群血脂管理的最佳证据,为管理其血脂提供循证依据。方法系统检索国内外相关数据库及协会网站中关于卒中高危人群血脂管理的证据,包括临床决策、指南、证据总结、推荐实践、专家共识/建议、系统评价、meta分析,检索时限为建库至2023年4月15日。结果研究最终纳入20篇文献,其中4篇临床决策、11篇指南、2篇证据总结、2篇专家共识、1篇meta分析,形成血脂异常筛查与评估、血脂控制目标、生活方式干预、调脂药物干预、针灸干预、转诊、提高依从性、随访与监测8个主题35条证据。结论卒中高危人群血脂管理的最佳证据,为规范管理卒中高危人群血脂的临床实践提供了相应的循证依据,建议应用证据时,综合考虑实际情况来完成证据实践转化。

Objective To summarize the best evidence of blood lipid management in high-risk population of stroke,so as to provide evidence-based basis for their management of blood lipid.Methods All the evidences of blood lipid management in high-risk population of stroke were systematically searched from domestic and international databases and association websites,including clinical decision,guidelines,evidence summaries,recommended practice,expert consensus/suggestion,systematic reviews,and meta-analysis.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to April 15,2023.Results A total of 20 articles were included,including 4 clinical decisions,11 guidelines,2 evidence summaries,2 expert consensuses,and 1 meta-analysis,which formed 35 pieces of evidence items were summarized from 8 themes of dyslipidemia screening and assessment,blood lipid control goals,lifestyle interventions,lipid-regulating drug intervention,acupuncture intervention,referral,improvement of compliance,follow-up and monitoring.Conclusion The best evidence for lipid management in high-risk population of stroke provides relevant evidence-based basis for standardized management of the clinical practice of lipid in stroke high-risk population,and it is suggested that the actual situation should be comprehensively considered to complete the transformation of evidence practice when applying evidence.
