摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”群组化孕期保健模式在孕晚期孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7-8月在上海市同济大学附属妇产科医院产检的孕晚期孕妇120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用传统孕期保健模式,观察组应用“互联网+”群组化保健模式,比较2组分娩方式、产程时间、产后2 h出血量、分娩自我效能、母乳喂养效能、焦虑抑郁得分、新生儿出生1 min Apgar评分、新生儿出生体重的差异。结果观察组剖宫产率、分娩第一、二、总产程时间、产后焦虑、抑郁得分、新生儿出生体重均低于对照组(P<0.05),分娩自我效能、母乳喂养自我效能得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”群组化孕期保健模式可以明显改善初产妇的分娩结局,降低产后焦虑抑郁的发生,提高分娩自我效能和母乳喂养自我效能。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"group health care mode in late pregnant women.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Tongji University in Shanghai from July to August 2022 were selected as research objects,and randomly numbered table method was used to divide them into the observation group and the control group,with 60 case each group.The observation group was treated with"Internet+"group health care mode,while the control group was treated with traditional pregnancy health care mode.Modes of delivery,duration of labor,postpartum blood loss in 2 hours,self-efficacy of delivery,breast-feeding efficacy,anxiety and depression score,1 min Apgar score of newborns,and birth weight of newborns were compared between 2 groups.Results The rate of cesarean section,the first,second,and total labor duration,postpartum depression and anxiety score,and birth weight of newborns in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of delivery self-efficacy and breast-feeding efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"group health care mode can significantly improve the delivery outcomes of primiparas,reduce the incidence of postpartum anxiety and depression,and improve the self-efficacy of labor and breast-feeding efficacy.
