摘要
为了研究山花黄芩提取物对妊娠母猪繁殖性能及哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响,试验将320头长白×大白二元杂交母猪随机分为两组,每组80个重复,每个重复2头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加山花黄芩提取物,其中妊娠期添加150 g/t,哺乳期添加500 g/t,试验期为136 d(其中妊娠期115 d,哺乳期21 d),测定母猪繁殖性能指标(窝均产仔数、窝均健仔数、初生窝重、初生均重、窝均死胎数、窝均木乃伊数、窝均产无效仔数)、哺乳仔猪生长性能指标(窝均断奶仔猪数、窝均断奶成活率、21日龄断奶窝重、21日龄断奶仔猪均重、哺乳期窝均增重)、母猪采食量指标(母猪平均采食量、21日均采食量)、体况指标(母猪分娩背膘厚、母猪断奶背膘厚、背膘损失)、发情指标(断配间隔、断奶7 d发情率)。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组窝均健仔数显著增加(P<0.05),初生窝重极显著增加(P<0.01),窝均死胎数显著减少(P<0.05);窝均断奶仔猪数极显著增加(P<0.01);母猪平均采食量、21日均采食量、母猪断奶背膘厚均极显著增加(P<0.01),母猪背膘损失显著降低(P<0.05)。说明在妊娠期和哺乳期日粮中分别添加150 g/t和500 g/t山花黄芩提取物能有效提高母猪繁殖性能和哺乳仔猪生长性能,同时减少母猪断奶背膘损失,提高母猪生产性能。
To study the effects of Lonicera flos and Scutellariae radix extracts on reproductive performance of gestating sows and growth performance of lactating piglets,320 Long WhitexLarge White sows were randomly divided into two groups with 80 replicates in each group and two sows in each replicate.The animals in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the animals in the experimental group were fed a basal diet supplemented with Lonicera flos and Scutellariae radix extracts.The 150 g/t was added during gestation and the 500 g/t was added during lactation.The trial lasted for 136 days(115 days of gestation and 21 days of lactation).Reproductive performance indicators(the average number of born per litter,average number of healthy piglets per litter,the newborn litter weight,average weight at birth,average number of stillborn piglets per litter,average number of invalid piglets born per litter,average number of nullparrous per litter)of sows,growth performance indicators(average number of weaned piglets per litter,average weaning survival rate per litter,weaning litter weight at 21 days of age,average weight of weaned piglets weight at 21 days of age,average litter weight gain during lactation)of lactating piglets,indicators of sow feed intake(average feed intake of the sows,average daily feed intake for 21 days),body condition indicators(backfat of the sows at parturition,backfat of the sows at weaning,backfat losses),and sow oestrus indicators(mating intervals,and oestrous rate during the 7-day period after weaning)were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average number of healthy piglets per litter in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05);the newborn litter weight increased extremely significantly(P<0.01);the average number of stillborn piglets per litter was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the average number of weaned piglets per litter in the experimental group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);the average feed intake of the sows,the average daily feed intake for 21 days and backfat of the sows at weaning in the experimental group were increased significantly(P<0.01),and the backfat losses of sows was decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results indicated that the diet supplemented with 150 g/t and 500 g/t Lonicera flos and Scutellariae radix extracts during gestation and lactation could effectively improve reproductive performance of sows and growth performance of lactating piglets,as well as reduce the loss of backfat of weaned sows,and improve production performance of sows.
