医研产协同创新平台推动科技成果转化的路径研究

Research on the path of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through the collaborative innovation platform of medical research and production

目的科技成果转化作为医学科技创新内涵的重要体现方式,在促进我国医疗机构高质量发展方面具有举足轻重的作用。如何打破制约科技成果转化的障碍和藩篱,创新科技成果转化的机制和模式,是现阶段医疗机构践行高质量发展的主要思考。方法本研究围绕不同医研产协同创新平台在医学科技成果转化方面的利弊展开分析,梳理国内外医疗机构成果转化开展情况与实践成效。结果本研究提出医院主导型医研产协同创新平台不仅是开展临床研究及成果转化的主要场景,更是推动医学科技成果落地的有效手段。结论针对我国医学科技成果落地难、应用范围有限及辐射面窄等问题,提出通过整合区域科研资源与企业资源形成科研联合体模式,合作共建高质量发展的科技创新体系。

Objective As an important embodiment of the connotation of medical science and technology innovation,transformation of scientific and technological achievementsplays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of medical institutions in our country.How to break the barriers that restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievementsand innovate the mechanism and model of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are the main considerations for medical institutions to practice high-quality development at present.Methods This study analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different medical research and production collaborative innovation platforms in the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements,sorted out and studied the development and practical results of the transformation of medical institutions at home and abroad.Results This study proposed a hospital-led medical research.Production collaborative innovation platform was not only the main scene for clinical research and transformation of results,but also an effective means to promote the landing of medical scientific and technological achievements.Conclusions In view of the problems of difficult landing,limited application range and narrow radiation surface of medical scientific and technological achievements in China,it is proposed to form a CIS model by integrating regional scientific research resources and enterprise resources,and cooperate to build a scientific and technological innovation system of high quality development.
