摘要
‘秦脆’苹果是我国自育的中晚熟新品种,果实扁圆形,平均单果重253 g,果肉硬度7.31 kg/cm^(2),含可溶性固形物16.20%、可滴定酸0.27%,耐贮藏。在阿克苏成熟期为9月下旬至10月初。栽培技术要点与‘富士’苹果相似,但需注意补钙,预防苦痘病的发生。
‘Qin Cui’apple is a new variety of mid to late ripening that is self cultivated in China.The fruit is flat and round,with an average weight of 253 g per fruit,a flesh hardness of 7.31 kg/cm^(2),soluble solids content of 16.20%,titratable acid of 0.27%,and storage resistance.The mature period in Aksu is from late September to early October.The cultivation techniques are similar to those of‘Fuji’apples,but attention should be paid to calcium supplementation to prevent the occurrence of bitter acne disease.
