Evidence-based guideline on the standardized diagnostic imaging report for pancreatic cystic neoplasms in China

胰腺囊性肿瘤在影像学检查中的检出率呈逐年上升趋势。客观、准确、全面、规范的影像学评估对判断胰腺囊性肿瘤良恶性和手术指征至关重要。由于目前国内缺乏相应指南,导致胰腺囊性肿瘤影像学诊断报告标准不一,参考价值受限。本指南结合国内外研究进展和临床实践经验,以循证医学为基础,提出21条推荐意见,旨在规范我国胰腺囊性肿瘤影像学诊断报告,实现个体化精准诊断,提升该病的影像学规范化诊断水平。

The detection rate of pancreatic cystic neoplasms by imaging examinations tends to be increasing annually.Objective,accurate,comprehensive,and standardized imaging evaluation is crucial for assessing the benignity or malignancy of pancreatic cystic neoplasms and determining surgical indications.Due to the lack of corresponding guidelines domestically,the standardization of imaging diagnostic reports for pancreatic cystic neoplasms varies,limiting their reference value in clinical practice.This guideline,based on domestic and international research advancements and clinical practice experience,proposes 21 recommendations based on evidence-based medicine.Its aim is to standardize the imaging diagnosis report of pancreatic cystic neoplasms in China,achieve personalized and precise diagnosis,and improve the standardization in the imaging diagnosis of this disease.
