摘要
文章通过回溯美国阅读推广人培育机制的发展历程,总结出美国阅读推广人培养机制具有“多元化的培养主体”“系统化的培养内容”以及“专业化的培养方式”三大特点,并通过借鉴美国阅读推广人培育的实践经验,探讨我国围绕“构建协同培育模式”“分类设计培育内容”与“筑造多样化培育方式”三个方面开展阅读推广人培育的可行性路径。
By reviewing the development process of the cultivation mechanism of reading promoters in the United States,the paper summarizes that the cultivation mechanism of reading promoters in the United States presents three characteristics:diversified cultivation subjects,systematic cultivation content and professional cultivation methods.By drawing on the practical experience of reading promoters in the United States,the feasible path of cultivating reading promoters in China is discussed from three aspects:building collaborative cultivation mode,classified design cultivation content,and building diversified cultivation methods.
