李庚和教授治疗重症肌无力用药规律研究

Research on the Medication Rules of Professor Ligenghe in the Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis

目的:探讨李庚和教授治疗重症肌无力的用药规律。方法:收集李庚和教授诊治的重症肌无力病案268例,通过中医传承计算平台V3.0软件,结合典型医案,总结分析用药规律。结果:共涉及268个方剂及113味中药。药物出现频次累计4034次,归经以脾、肝、肺、肾经为主,性味多甘、温。按使用频次从高到低排列,前12位的中药是白术、黄芪、淫羊藿、葛根、白花蛇舌草、党参、枸杞子、当归、升麻、熟地黄、柴胡、炙黄芪。结合药物组合关联规则,认为白术—黄芪、淫羊藿—白花蛇舌草等为最常用药对。通过方剂聚类分析,获得3组核心药物组合。结论:李庚和教授临床辨治重症肌无力,主张健脾益肾,兼顾气血阴阳偏虚。

OBJECTIVE To explore the medication rules of Professor Ligenghe in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.METHODS 268 cases of myasthenia gravis diagnosed and treated by Professor Ligenghe were collected.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System V3.0 software,combined with typical medical cases,it summarized and analyzed the rules of drug use.RESULTS A total of 268 prescriptions and 113 Traditional Chinese Medicines were involved.The frequency of drug occurrence was 4034 times,and the main meridians were spleen,liver,lung and kidney.The nature and taste were sweet and warm.According to the frequency of use,the top 12 Chinese medicines were Atractylodes,Astragalus,Epimedium,Pueraria,Hedyotis diffusa,Codonopsis,Wolfberry,Angelica,Cimicifuga,Rehmannia glutinosa,Bupleurum,and Astragalus.Combined with the association rules of drug combinations,it was considered that Atractylodes-Astragalus,Epimedium-Hedyotis diffusa were the most commonly used drug pairs.Through the cluster analysis of prescriptions,three groups of core drug combinations were obtained.CONCLUSION Professor Ligenghe clinically differentiates and treats myasthenia gravis,and advocates strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney,taking into account the deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang.
