学习型社会视域下继续教育数字化转型路径探赜

摘要 数字化转型是打造多元融合、灵活开放的继续教育发展模式的重要举措,是进一步推进人才队伍建设的必由之路,也是促进中国式现代化建设的必然要求,从技术、教育、经济的角度来看,数字赋能、供给改革、产业驱动构成了继续教育特别是干部教育数字化发展与转型的底层逻辑,而“需求牵引”与“用户中心”是数字化转型的核心理念,可以帮助继续教育、干部教育实现生态重塑与质量提升的双重目标。在学习型社会建设的视域下,继续教育数字化转型必将面临新的需求、新的任务、新的挑战。要分析继续教育数字化转型的基本任务与底层逻辑,从数字赋能、产业驱动、供给侧结构性改革等维度出发,全面提升继续教育数字化建设质量,增强学习型社会及中国式继续教育建设的实效性。 Digital transformation is an important measure to create a diversified,integrated,flexible and open development model of continuing education,a necessary way to further promote the construction of talent building team,and the inevitable requirement to promote Chinese path to modernization.From the perspective of technology,education,and economy,digital empowerment,supply reform,and industry driving constitute the underlying logic of the digital development and transformation of continuing education.“Demand-driven”and“user-centered”concepts are the core of digital transformation,which can help continuing education and cadre education achieve the dual goals of ecological reshaping and quality improvement.From the perspective of building a learning society,the digital transformation of continuing education will inevitably face new needs,tasks,and challenges.To understand the basic tasks and underlying logic of digital transformation in continuing education,it is suggested to start from dimensions such as digital empowerment,industry driving,and supply-side structural reform,comprehensively improve the quality of digital construction in continuing education,and enhance the effectiveness of learning society and Chinese-style continuing education construction.
