教育数字化转型背景下的智慧教师成长

为实现教育现代化,教师成长之路永无止境。数字化时代飞速发展的背后需要强大的教师队伍支撑,教师队伍的质量直接影响着人才培养的质量。基于教育数字化转型的时代背景及特征,指出未来教师的必备素养应包括专业素养、人文素养、信息素养、跨学科素养。针对教师的成长与发展提出建议:激发教师发展主动性,专注教师自身成长;技术赋能育人环境,重点关注学生人格培养;积极共创协同育人平台,共同享用教育资源;改革教师评价体系,多元评价教师发展。

In order to achieve educational modernization,the path of teacher growth is endless.The rapid development of the digital era needs the support of a strong teacher team,and the quality of the teacher team directly affects the quality of talent training.Based on the background and characteristics of the digital transformation of education,it is believed that the necessary qualities of future teachers should include professional qualities,humanistic qualities,information qualities and interdisciplinary qualities.This study puts forward suggestions for the growth and development of teachers,that is,stimulating teachers’initiative,with the focus on their own growth;technology empowering education environment,with the focus on the cultivation of students’personality;actively creating a collaborative education platform to share educational resources;reforming the teacher evaluation system to achieve multiple evaluation of teachers’development.
