摘要
社会工作专业教师实务能力建设问题已经成为提升社会工作专业人才培养质量的关键因素,由于社会群体的复杂性和社会服务需求的变化性,持续开展继续教育成为推动队伍专业化建设的有效途径。阐述了实务能力的内涵和社会工作专业教师开展继续教育的必要性,在分析目前社会工作专业教师存在知识背景匹配性不强、实务服务能力有待提升、自主专业发展能力有待提升、承接项目的处置能力有待提升等实务能力发展现状的基础上,提出了实行知识更新、实务技巧、“双师双能型”、师生同步实践等四个提升工程的继续教育实践路径。
The construction of practical abilities for social work teachers has become a key factor in improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of social work.Due to the complexity of social groups and the variability of social service demands,continuously carrying out continuing education has become an effective way to promote the professional construction of the team.On the basis of analyzing the current development status of practical abilities of social work teachers,this article proposes four improvement paths for continuing education practice,including knowledge updating,practical skills,“double-qualified teachers”,and synchronous practice between teachers and students.
