开放大学社会培训实施课程思政具有落实立德树人任务、践行终身教育理念、培育社会培训品牌等生成逻辑,需要突出政治素养、道德素养与职业素养等三个方面的内容要素,实现筑牢政治认同之基、铸实道德规范之魂、补足敬业精神之钙的教育目标,应该选择开放大学体系与委托单位协同合作的顶层设计、线下培训与线上培训有机结合的培训形式、讲述教学与体验教学深度融合的教学方法之实施路径。

Ideological and political education in all courses in social training of open universities has the generative logic of implementing the task of establishing morality and cultivating people,practicing the concept of lifelong education,and cultivating social training brands.It is necessary to highlight the content elements of political attainment,moral attainment and professional attainment,so as to build a solid foundation of political identity,forge the soul of moral norms,and provide supplement for the spirit of professionalism.We should choose the top-level design of cooperation between the open university and the entrusting unit,combine the online and off-line training,and the implementation path to integrate narrative teaching and experiential teaching.
