终身教育视角下的家庭德育策略

Analysis of Family Moral Education Strategies from thePerspective of Lifelong Education

随着知识经济时代的来临,构建终身教育体系、创建学习型社会成为国际教育发展的重要趋势。当今的中国教育也始终秉持着终身教育的理念,强调人的一生必须无间断式学习以更新自身知识结构,应对外界变化,即“活到老,学到老”。通过梳理终身教育与家庭德育的相关文献,将家庭德育置于终身教育视角之下,重申家庭德育重要地位,分析发现目前家庭德育存在家庭教育理念偏差、家庭教养方式不当、家长缺乏正确的家庭德育理念、家庭德育的角色错位与缺位等问题,进而提出“树立终身教育理念,提升家庭德育意识”“采用民主开放的教育方式,提高家庭德育实效”“建设良好的家庭环境,形成终身性的道德生活场”“构建全域性的道德学习场,推动家庭德育归位”等家庭德育策略。

With the advent of the knowledge economy era,building a lifelong education system and creating a learning society have become an important trend in the development of international education.The Chinese education today has always adhered to the concept of lifelong education,emphasizing continuous lifelong learning to update knowledge structure and to respond to external changes,that is,“learn and live”.By reviewing the relevant literature on lifelong education and family moral education,family moral education is placed under the perspective of lifelong education,and the important position of family moral education is reiterated.Analysis reveals that there are currently problems in family moral education,such as deviation in family education concepts,improper family upbringing methods,lack of correct family moral education concepts by parents,misplacement and absence of family moral education roles.Furthermore,stratigies of family moral education are proposed:establishing a lifelong education concept and enhancing family moral education awareness;adopting democratic and open education methods to improve the effectiveness of family moral education;building a good family environment and forming a lifelong moral life field;building the omnitude of moral learning field and promoting family moral education returning to the right place and so on.
