新时代开放教育的现实理路:理念融合与路径创新

摘要 开放教育具有以终身学习为目标、对象全纳、主体多元、性质复合、内容多样、方式灵活、时空自由、制度体系开放等特征。在开放共享的教育新发展理念的引导下,开放教育服务对象由精英人群转向全民大众,人才培养模式由试办试点转向体系完善,教学媒体应用由借助信息技术手段开展转向推动技术与教育深度融合发展,服务职能由单一狭窄转向多元综合。在新形势下,开放教育应明确发展方向,强化开放合作,建设“一站式”教学团队,构建精准学习支持服务体系。在开放中创新,在创新中发展,引领终身教育发展,助力终身学习深入推进,推动个体成长成才。 Open education has the characteristics of lifelong learning as the goal,full object acquisition,multiple subjects,complex properties,diverse contents,flexible methods,free time and space,and open system.In open and shared education development,under the guidance of the new concept of open education,the target of service changed from the elite to the public,talent training mode turned from the pilot to perfect system,teaching media application changed from operation by means of information technology to the promotion of the in-depth integration and development of technology and education,and the service shifted from a single and narrow function to multiple comprehensive functions.Under the new situation,in open education it is necessary to clarify the development direction,strengthen open cooperation,build a“one-stop”teaching team,build a precise learning support service system,innovate in opening up,develop in innovation,lead the development of lifelong education,help promote lifelong learning,and promote individual growth.
