摘要
文中分析屋面架构铝板幕墙与层间不规则的异形悬挑铝板结构时,采用模拟组合单元板块的方式,以优化挂钩及安装节点,避免因高空焊接引起的相关质量及安全问题,并对异形面层铝板幕墙的加工生产及防水节点等技术进行研究,提高了铝板幕墙安装成型的精确度,确保了高层建筑异形结构的美观性。
In construction engineering,when analyzing the aluminum curtain wall of the roof structure and the irregularly shaped cantilever aluminum plate structure between floors,the simulation combination unit plate method is adopted to optimize the hooks and installation nodes,avoid quality and safety issues caused by high-altitude welding,and study the processing and production of the irregularly shaped surface layer aluminum curtain wall and waterproof nodes,which can maximize the accuracy of the installation and molding of the aluminum curtain wall,and improve the aesthetics of the irregular structure in high-rise buildings.
