地铁机电安装工程综合管线敷设施工技术研究

摘要 机电安装工程中,综合管线敷设的伸缩结构单一,限制了管线敷设范围,导致荷载比降低。文中旨在设计与验证地铁机电安装工程中的综合管线敷设施工技术,采用多位置搭接结构,打破敷设范围限制,构建管线伸缩敷设多位置搭接结构,完成管线处理。结果显示,选定的6个点位经过三次测试,荷载比达30%以上,证明此方法效果显著,具有较大的应用价值。 In the mechanical and electrical installation project,the expansion structure of the integrated pipeline is single,which limits the range of pipeline laying and leads to the reduction of load ratio.The purpose of this paper is to design and verify the construction technology of integrated pipeline laying in subway electromechanical installation project,adopts the multi-position lapping structure,breaks the limitation of laying range,constructs the multi-position lapping structure of pipeline expansion and laying,completes the pipeline treatment.The test results show that the load ratio of the selected 6 points reaches more than 30 after three test stages,which proves that the method is effectiveand has great application value.
