摘要
为解决当前桥梁施工移动模架安装与拆除稳定性较差、抗倾覆能力不足的问题,文中研究了全新的移动模架安装与拆除技术。设计移动模架安装顺序,判断面向桥梁施工的移动模架安装后各部件的承载能力和稳定性是否满足设计要求。按照顺序拆卸部件并分解运输至指定位置,全面检查和验收后,分类存放。试验结果表明,该技术应用后,移动模架的抗倾覆稳定系数始终控制在1.50以上,达到了模架稳定性要求。
To address the current issues of poor stability and inadequate overturning resistance during the installation and removal of the movable formwork support system for bridge construction,a novel technique for installing and dismantling the system has been studied.The installation sequence of the movable formwork support system was designed to assess whether the load-bearing capacity and stability of each component meet the design requirements after installation for bridge construction.Components were disassembled in order,transported to designated locations,thoroughly inspected,accepted,and then stored in categories.Experimental results indicate that with the application of the proposed technique,the overturning stability coefficient of the movable formwork support system consistently remains above 1.50,meeting the stability requirements of the system.
