沥青混凝土路面裂缝修复材料的研究

摘要 为研究高速公路SMA改性沥青混合料老化特性,文中以某高速公路工程为例,结合环境情况以及公路施工需求,选择胶粉/SMA复合改性沥青作为沥青材料,结合优质石灰岩矿料、橡胶粉以及表面活性剂等材料,制备骨架密实型AC-20的试件样本,并对其高温性能、动态模量、疲劳寿命进行试验。结果显示,在不同温度下,试件的动稳定度均在5525次/mm以上;试件在20、40℃两种温度下,动态模量的结果分别在4500、1500 MPa以上;试件的疲劳寿命均在3856000次以上,满足技术应用标准。 In order to study the aging characteristics of expressway SMA modified asphalt mixture,taking an expressway project as an example,combined with environmental conditions and highway construction requirements,rubber powder/SMA composite modified asphalt was selected as asphalt material,combined with high-quality limestone minerals,rubber powder and surfactants,etc.,to prepare skeleton compact AC-20 specimen samples.The high temperature performance,dynamic modulus and fatigue life were tested.The results show that the dynamic stability of the specimens is above 5525 times/mm at different temperatures,and the dynamic modulus of the specimens is above 4500 MPa and 1500 MPa at 20°C and 40°C respectively.The fatigue life of the specimens is more than 3856000 times,which meets the technical application standard.
