摘要
探索新时代中小学劳动教育课程育人体系,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的需要,也是满足劳动教育课程高质量发展的现实需要,有助于促进学生健康全面和谐发展.面向学生真实世界的新时代中小学劳动教育课程体系包括专门课程、渗透课程、项目课程和综合课程.以学校为主导、家庭为基础、社会为协同的“三位一体”的家校社协同育人对于保障中小学劳动教育课程育人化、科学化及有效性有着重要的价值意蕴.建构新时代中小学劳动教育课程育人体系,须通过家校社三方合力协作,促进劳动资源整合,加强劳动实施反馈,发展劳动育人主体,完善劳动监督评价.
Exploring the education system of labor education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in the new era is not only necessary for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,but also for meeting the practical needs of high-quality development of labor education curriculum,and helping to promote the healthy,comprehensive,and harmonious development of students.The labor education curriculum system in primary and secondary schools in the new era,which is oriented towards the real world of students,includes specialized courses,infiltration courses,project-based courses,and comprehensive courses.The"trinity"of family-school-community collaboration,with schools as the main force,families as the foundation,and society as the synergy,has important value implications for ensuring the educational,scientific,and effective nature of labor education courses in primary and secondary schools.To construct a labor education curriculum education system for primary and secondary schools in the new era,it is necessary to promote the integration of labor resources,strengthen feedback on labor implementation,develop the main body of labor education,and improve labor supervision and evaluation through the joint efforts of family,school,and society.
