中药调控Notch信号通路逆转卵巢癌耐药的研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on Regulation of Notch Signaling Pathway by Traditional Chinese Medicine to Reverse Drug Resistance of Ovarian Cancer

摘要 化疗耐药是卵巢癌患者治疗无效的主要原因,也是提高患者生存质量、延长无进展生存期的重要挑战。卵巢癌患者因早期缺乏典型临床症状,确诊时多数患者已进展至中晚期,另外卵巢癌复发率高,加之化疗耐药,患者5年生存率低。研发和寻找安全、疗效佳的化疗增敏剂成为卵巢癌耐药研究中的重点工作。随着中药在临床治疗恶性肿瘤中的应用增加,中药如何逆转化疗耐药的机制研究也在增加,其中Notch信号通路与卵巢癌耐药关系密切,本文通过对相关文献整理分析,探索临床治疗卵巢癌耐药新视角,从多途径、多靶点的角度阐释中药调控Notch信号通路逆转卵巢癌耐药,以期达到缓解肿瘤复发并改善患者预后,明确中医药治疗恶性肿瘤机制的目的。 Chemotherapy resistance is the main cause of ineffective treatment of ovarian cancer,and it is also an important challenge to improve the quality of life and prolong the patient progression-free survival period.Due to the lack of typical clinical symptoms in the early stage,most patients with ovarian cancer have progressed to the middle and late stages when diagnosed.The recurrence rate is high and the patients are prone to have chemotherapy resistance,therefore,the 5-year survival rate is low.Therefore,the research and development of safe and effective chemotherapeutic sensitizers has become the key work in the study of drug resistance of ovarian cancer.With the increasing application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors,studies on the mechanism of how TCM can reverse chemotherapy resistance are also increasing.Studies have revealed that Notch signaling pathway is closely related to drug resistance phenotype of ovarian cancer.Through the collation and analysis of relevant literature,it was found that studies have explored a new perspective of clinical treatment of drug resistance of ovarian cancer.The regulation of Notch signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine to reverse drug resistance of ovarian cancer was explained from the perspective of multi-pathway and multi-target.The studies are to alleviate tumor recurrence,improve the prognosis of patients,and clarify the mechanism of TCM treatment of malignant tumors.
