110 kV环保型天然酯绝缘油变压器绕组的温度场分析

摘要 油浸式电力变压器是电网系统重要的电力设备之一,其冷却介质以绝缘油为主。目前,矿物绝缘油的应用较为广泛,但存在不易降解、泄漏后危害环境等缺点。天然酯作为一种新型变压器用绝缘油,能够避免上述问题,同时带来更为优异的电气性能,是一种更为理想的绝缘冷却介质。然而天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油在机械特性及电气特性上存在较大差异,其对变压器结构设计及绕组散热的影响仍有待深入研究。文中以一台110 kV电压等级的天然酯绝缘油变压器为研究对象,基于有限元方法对变压器绕组的温度场分布进行计算。在此基础上进一步分析了天然酯与矿物油对变压器绕组散热的影响,为大容量天然酯绝缘油变压器的设计提供了有益的参考。 Oil-immersed power transformer is one of the most important power equipments in power network system,and insulation oil is the main cooling medium of it.At present,mineral insulating oil is widely used,it is not easy to degrade and cause environmental damage after leakage.Natural ester as a new insulating oil for transformer can solve the above problems perfectly.It is a more ideal insulating cooling medium.However,the mechanical and electrical properties of natural ester insulating oil and mineral insulating oil are quite different,and its influence on transformer structure design and winding heat dissipation needs to be further studied.In this paper,a 110 kV natural ester insulated oil transformer is taken as the research object.Based on the finite element analysis,the temperature field distribution of its winding is calculated and the influence of natural ester and mineral oil on the heat dissipation of the winding are compared,which provides a feasible scheme for the design of large capacity natural ester insulated oil-immersed transformer.
