MDT模式下导师制教学方法在急诊医学规培教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨多学科协作(MDT)模式下导师制教学方法在住院医师规范化培训急诊医学教学中的教学效果。方法:选取某医院急诊科参与住院医师规范化培训生(规培生)100名,按随机数表法分为实验组(MDT+导师制组)50名和对照组(传统教学组)50名,分别按照各组教学方法进行急诊医学临床教学,以出科考核成绩、结业成绩以及综合能力测评评估教学效果,以问卷调查形式了解学生对教学方式的满意度情况。结果:实验组规培生理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩和文献阅读成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组规培生对教学方式的满意度和评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDT模式下导师制教学方式能够提高急诊科住院医师规范化培训医生的综合成绩,学生接受程度较高,对住院医师规范化培训医生临床综合能力的培养有所帮助。 Objective:To Explore the teaching effect of tutorial teaching method under Multi-Disciplinary Team(MDT)mode in emergency medicine teaching of standardized training for residents.Method:100 residents participated in the standardized training of resident doctors in the emergency department of Hospital of were selected and divided into experimental group(MDT+tutorial group,n=50)and control group(traditional teaching group,n=50).The clinical teaching of emergency medicine was carried out according to the teaching methods of each group,and the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination result,final completion result and Comprehensive ability assessment.The students'satisfaction with the teaching method was investigated by questionnaire survey.Result:The experimental group's theoretical test scores,skills test scores and literature reading scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)The satisfaction and evaluation of teaching methods in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT mode of tutorial teaching can improve the comprehensive performance of standardized training in emergency department,students have a higher degree of acceptance,which is helpful for the training of standardized training in clinical comprehensive ability.
