Planning and Design Strategy of New-built Future Community:Taking Luqiaofengqi Future Community in Taizhou as an Example

在城市化规模由增量扩张走向存量调整阶段,空间更新成为重要议题。浙江省提出未来社区模式并试点推行,引领城市高质量发展。通过解读未来社区“一心、三化、九场景”的基本含义,从空间与场景融合的设计方法入手,以台州市路桥凤栖未来社区为例,梳理未来社区规划设计策略,如搭建宜居的九大场景、选择适宜的空间结构、构建高效便捷的交通模式、打造绿色生态网络体系等,探讨符合未来社区发展理念的规划思路。

In the stage of urbanization scale shifting from incremental expansion to stock adjustment,spatial renewal has become an important issue.Zhejiang Province has proposed the“future community”model and piloted it to lead high-quality urban development.By interpreting the basic meaning of“one heart,three transformations,and nine scenes”in future communities,starting from the design method of integrating space and scenes,taking Luqiaofengqi Future Community in Taizhou as an example,the planning and design strategies of future communities are summarized,such as building nine livable scenes,selecting suitable spatial structures,constructing efficient and convenient transportation modes,and building a green ecological network system,exploring planning ideas that are in line with the concept of future communities.
