银翘散合小柴胡汤加减联合米诺环素治疗恙虫病临床观察

Efficacy observation of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease

目的:观察银翘散合小柴胡汤加减联合米诺环素治疗恙虫病的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的恙虫病患者124例,随机分为两组各62例。对照组予盐酸米诺环素胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合银翘散合小柴胡汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状消退时间、实验室指标水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组在退热时间、头痛消失时间、皮疹消退时间、焦痂脱落时间等方面均显著短于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者的血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶值明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:银翘散合小柴胡汤加减联合米诺环素治疗恙虫病疗效较好,能够缩短临床症状消退时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease.Methods:124 cases of eligible patients with tsutsugamushi disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride capsules,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction on the basis of control group.Regression time of clinical symptoms,change of laboratory indexes level and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between two groups of patients.Results:A ntipyretic time,regression time of headache,regression time of skin rash and time of eschar shedding in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The values of serum glutamate-pyruvate transaminase and serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder and modified Xiaochaihu decoction and minocycline on tsutsugamushi disease is better,which can shorten the regression time of clinical symptoms.
