如何实现农民对美好生活的向往是有效治理乡村社会问题的必选题。乡村治理从集体化时期的意识形态取向和改革开放初期的经济发展取向,转向了新时代人们如何安排日常生活的“生活治理”的范畴,体现了乡村治理的现实经验嬗变和研究范式转换。乡村生活治理的提出融合了日常生活批判理论以及中国治理传统思想,弥补了乡村治理研究中经典的国家与社会分析范式的不足。乡村治理转型中的生活与治理关系启示我们,实现农民对美好生活的向往,要准确把握村民生活特性,提供精细化生活服务;强调党和政府作用的同时,重视乡村日常经验以及民众的主体性;平衡好乡村生活治理与发展间的关系。

How to realize people’s yearning for a better life has become an important way to effectively manage rural social problems.Rural governance has shifted from ideological orientation and economic development orientation to“life governance”,that is how to arrange their daily lives.This reflects the evolution of practical experience and the transformation of research paradigms in rural governance.This article aims to analyze the academic connotation and research enlightenment of life governance in rural governance transformation from two levels of academic contexts and practical experiences,in order to provide a better understanding of the current transformation of rural governance and the realization of people’s yearning for a better life.The relationship between life and governance in the transformation of rural governance enlightens us that,from an academic point of view,the research on rural life governance need time and space domains to further deepen the concept.In terms of policy practice,to realize farmers’yearning for a better life,it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics of villagers’lives and provide refined services.While emphasizing the role of the Party and the government,we should pay attention to the daily experience of the countryside and the subjectivity of the people,and balance the rural relationship between life governance and development.
