青中年脑卒中患者抑郁现状及相关影响因素分析

Depression Status and Related Influencing Factors in Young and Middle-aged Stroke Patients

目的:分析青中年脑卒中患者抑郁现状及相关影响因素。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月北京京煤集团总医院收治的青中年脑卒中患者60例作为研究对象,以患者是否发生抑郁分为抑郁组(n=28)和非抑郁组(n=32)。对两组患者的临床资料进行单因素分析,并对其中有统计学差异的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,筛选出影响青中年脑卒中患者抑郁的相关因素。结果:单因素分析结果显示,抑郁组患者有医保比例低于非抑郁组,住院时间长于非抑郁组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分高于非抑郁组,家庭人均月收入低于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,是否有医保、住院时间、NIHSS评分、家庭人均月收入为青中年脑卒中患者发生抑郁的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:是否有医保、住院时间、NIHSS评分、家庭人均月收入均为青中年脑卒中患者发生抑郁的影响因素。因此,临床可依据上述因素采取相应措施预防抑郁发生,改善患者心理状态。

Objective:To analyze the depression status and related influencing factors of young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods:Sixty young and middle-aged stroke patients admitted to Beijing Coal Group General Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to whether the patients had depression,they were divided into depression group(n=28)and non-depression group(n=32).The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed by univariate analysis,and the factors with statistical differences were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression to screen out the related factors affecting depression in young and middle-aged stroke patients.Results:The results of univariate analysis showed that the proportion of patients with medical insurance in the depressed group was lower than that in the non-depressed group,and the hospital stay was longer than that in the non-depressed group,the score of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)was higher than that of the non-depressed group,and the per capita monthly family income was lower than that of the non-depressed group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that whether there was medical insurance,length of hospital stay,NIHSS score and per capita monthly family income were the relevant influencing factors for depression in young and middle-aged stroke patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whether there was medical insurance,length of hospital stay,NIHSS score and family per capita monthly income were all influencing factors for depression in young and middle-aged stroke patients.Therefore,clinical measures can be taken according to the above factors to prevent depression and improve the psychological state of patients.
