泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒血凝酶在消化性溃疡出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Pantoprazole Combined with Gastroscopic Spray Thrombin in Patients with Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

目的:分析泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒血凝酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月莒南县人民医院收治的消化性溃疡出血患者88例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予胃镜喷洒血凝酶治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、胃功能、血红蛋白、血氧饱和度和不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);治疗后,两组胃泌素水平低于治疗前,空腹胃酸pH值高于治疗前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白水平和血氧饱和度均高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:应用泮托拉唑与胃镜喷洒血凝酶联合治疗消化性溃疡出血,可有效改善患者胃功能,提高血红蛋白及血氧饱和度水平,且不良反应较少,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of pantoprazole combined with gastroscopic spray thrombin in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Linyi Junan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with forty-four cases.The control group was given pantoprazole treatment,and the study group was given gastroscopic spray thrombin treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,gastric function,hemoglobin,blood oxygen saturation and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);after treatment,the gastrin level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the fasting gastric acid pH was higher than that before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,hemoglobin level and oxygen saturation of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of pantoprazole and gastroscopic spray thrombin in the combined treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding can effectively improve the gastric function of the patients,improve the hemoglobin and oxygen saturation level,and the adverse reactions are less and safer.
