中西医结合治疗在咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in Patients with Cough Variability Asthma

目的:分析咳嗽变异性哮喘患者应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年8月徐州市中医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者72例为研究对象,采用随机分组方式分为对照组、观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予抗敏平喘汤治疗。比较两组炎性因子、症状消退时间、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组喘鸣音消失时间、退热时间、肺啰音症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗效果有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:中西医结合治疗在咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中的应用价值较高,可有效改善患者机体炎性因子水平,促进临床症状消退,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of applying combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment in patients with cough variant asthma.Methods:Seventy-two patients with cough variant asthma admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomized grouping,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Kangmin Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison of inflammatory factors,symptom subsidence time and treatment effect between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the interleukin-6 and ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of disappearance of wheezing sound,the time of remission of fever,and the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);and the effective rate of the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment is of high value in patients with cough variant asthma,which can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,promote the subsidence of clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
