针灸配合走罐治疗肩周炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Push the Tank in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

目的:探究针灸配合走罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月上海市闵行区马桥社区卫生服务中心中医科收治的肩周炎患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组进行常规物理疗法,研究组在对照组基础上行针灸配合走罐治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026);治疗4周后,两组肢软乏力、肩关节疼痛肿胀、畏寒发冷评分降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分升高,视觉模拟评分法评分降低,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。结论:针灸配合走罐治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著,可有效缓解中医证候,改善肩关节功能,下调炎性因子水平,降低疼痛程度及复发率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with push the tank in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:Ninety patients with frozen shoulder admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai Minhang District Maqiao Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group of forty-five cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional physiotherapy,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion with push the tank on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026);after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of limb weakness,shoulder joint pain and swelling,and coldness and chills in the two groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores of the two groups were elevated,and the scores of visual analog scoring method were reduced,and the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-αof the two groups were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion with push the tank for the treatment of frozen shoulder has remarkable clinical efficacy,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the function of the shoulder joint,down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce the degree of pain and recurrence rate.
