护理质量敏感指标在消化内镜护理质量管理中的应用效果

The Application Effectiveness of Nursing Quality Sensitive Indicators in Quality Management of Digestive Endoscopy Nursing Care

目的:探究护理质量敏感指标在消化内镜护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月于南方医科大学第五附属医院消化内科接受内镜检查的患者100例和在此期间值班的5名护士及3名护士助理进行研究,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上按照护理质量敏感指标的筛选结果进行护理。比较两组护理质量、环境管理和内镜相关仪器管理评分,不良事件及满意度。结果:观察组护理质量、环境管理和内镜相关仪器管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:护理质量敏感指标在消化内镜护理质量管理中的应用价值较高,有利于提高护理质量,减少患者不良事件发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing quality sensitive indicators in digestive endoscopy nursing quality management.Methods:One hundred patients who underwent endoscopy in the Department of Gastroenterology of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from January to December 2021,and five nurses and three nurse assistants on duty during this period were selected for the study,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,fifty cases each.The control group was subjected to routine nursing care,and the observation group was cared for on the basis of the control group according to the screening results of nursing quality sensitive indicators.The quality of care,environmental management and endoscopy-related instrument management scores,adverse events and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of care,environmental management and endoscopy-related instrument management of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of nursing quality sensitive indexes in the quality management of digestive endoscopic nursing care is of high value,which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing care,reducing the occurrence of adverse events in patients,and improving patient satisfaction.
