摘要
近年来,我国输电网络不断扩展,但电网规模的快速扩大和输电线路复杂性的增加都给电力系统带来重大挑战,促使电网进行优化升级。提升电力系统信息技术、自主控制以及智能化水平已成为重要任务。因此,我国高度重视智能电力网络的建设,并在“十四五”期间的发展规划中明确指出,必须加快推动电网基础架构向智能化转型,发展和建设智能微电网。避雷器作为防止电子设备遭受过高电流影响的至关重要部分,其工作模式独具特色,若未进行适当的检查与控制,则可能诱发二次雷暴灾害。为确保电力装置与避雷器的稳定运行,有必要构建一个既安全又易管理,且具备雷电信息追踪功能的智能网络监控体系。文章主要阐述了避雷器智能在线监测系统的相关概念与功能,并深入探讨了避雷设备在智能网络监测系统中的应用与发展,旨在推动我国雷电防护技术迈向更高水平。
In recent years,China’s transmission network has been expanding continuously,but the rapid expansion of power grid scale and the increase of transmission line complexity have brought great challenges to the power system,prompting the optimization and upgrading of the power grid.It has become an important task to improve the information technology,autonomous control and intelligence level of power system.Therefore,China attaches great importance to the construction of intelligent power networks,and clearly points out in the development plan during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period that it must accelerate the transformation of power grid infrastructure to intelligence,and develop and build smart microgrids.Lightning arrester,as a crucial part of preventing electronic equipment from being affected by excessive current,has a unique mode of operation,which may induce secondary lightning storm disasters if not properly inspected and controlled.In order to ensure the stable operation of power devices and lightning arrester,it is necessary to build a safe and easy to manage,and with lightning information tracking function of the intelligent network monitoring system.This paper first describes the lightning arrester and its intelligent online monitoring system,and then discusses the lightning arrester’s intelligent online monitoring system,aiming to promote China’s lightning protection technology to a higher level.
