制氢整流电源背靠背对拖实验方案的研究

摘要 针对传统的能量消耗型制氢电源测试平台存在效率低下和成本高昂的问题,提出一种新型的制氢整流电源背靠背对拖实验方案。该方案通过两组制氢电源背靠背的方式进行带载运行,制定详细的电源侧和负载侧控制策略,旨在提升动态响应性能,并解决负载侧电源功率等级、工作电压和电流范围不匹配的问题。通过对单机和四单元并联整机的对拖实验验证,证实所提出实验方案的有效性和可行性,为制氢整流电源的优化设计和性能评估提供新的思路与技术支持。该研究对于提高制氢系统的整体性能和降低运行成本具有重要意义。 To address the inefficiency and high cost of the traditional energy-consuming hydrogen generation power supply test platform,a novel back-to-back pair-tow experimental scheme for hydrogen generation rectifier power supplies is proposed.The scheme operates with load through two sets of hydrogen production power supplies back-to-back,and develops detailed power-side and load-side control strategies,aiming to improve the dynamic response performance and solve the problem of mismatch between power levels,operating voltages and current ranges of the load-side power supplies.The validity and feasibility of the proposed experimental scheme are confirmed by pair-tow experiments on single and four-unit parallel-connected whole machine,which provide new ideas and technical support for the optimized design and performance evaluation of the hydrogen production rectifier power supply.This study is of great significance for improving the overall performance and reducing the operating cost of the hydrogen production system.
