摘要
湍流强度是风电机组的主要设计参数之一,对风电机组设计载荷有直接影响。结合IEC 61400-1第4版对湍流强度及其分布参数计算方法进行介绍,分析了湍流强度对疲劳载荷的影响。按照等概率分布方式,对不同区间数对应的等效疲劳载荷进行了仿真计算和对比。计算结果表明,采用湍流强度分布计算方法可以显著降低机组设计疲劳载荷。结合主轴疲劳计算结果,说明了这一方法的有效性。
Turbulence intensity is one of the main design parameters of wind turbines,which has a direct impact on the design load of wind turbines.Combined with the fourth edition of IEC 61400-1,the calculation methods of turbulence intensity and its distribution parameters are introduced,and the influence of turbulence intensity on fatigue load is analyzed.According to the equal probability distribution,the equivalent fatigue loads corresponding to different interval numbers are simulated and compared.The calculation results show that the calculation method of turbulence intensity distribution can significantly reduce the design fatigue load of the unit.Combined with the calculation results of spindle fatigue,the effectiveness of this method is proved.
