基于AMESim的挖掘机破碎作业液压系统优化

摘要 挖掘机安装破碎锤进行破碎作业是当前工程建设中普遍采用的施工方式。针对国内普遍使用挖掘机单泵驱动破碎锤作业时,极易造成液压泵过早磨损或过载损坏的问题,设计了挖掘机双泵驱动破碎锤工作的方案及液压油路,并利用AMESim建立仿真模型分析了双泵驱动破碎锤作业的可行性。分析结果表明:双泵驱动的方式能够使破碎锤正常运行,且双泵流量分配均衡,能够延长挖掘机主泵的使用寿命。 The excavator is equipped with a crushing hammer for crushing operations.It is a commonly used construction method in current engineering construction.At present,a single pump of an excavator is commonly used to drive a breaker in China,which can easily cause premature wear or overload damage of the hydraulic pump.The working scheme and oil circuit of the excavator dual-pump driving breaker are designed,and the simulation model is established by using AMESim to simulate and analyze the feasibility of the double-pump joint driving of the breaker.The results show that the double-pump drive can make the breaker operate normally,moreover,the flow distribution of the two pumps is balanced,which can prolong the service life of the main pump of the excavator.
