碳纤维复合材料的切削力仿真研究

摘要 短切碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺是一种航空新型高性能的材料,但是由于其材料的特性,加工较于传统的金属更为困难。基于ABAQUS软件的有限元仿真功能,考察工艺参数对短切碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料切削变形阶段切削力的影响,仿真结果表明:当切削速度从10 m/min增加到60 m/min时,切削力有增大的趋势;切削深度从3μm增加到18μm时,切削力有较小的增大趋势。并且由仿真结果分析了切屑的形成过程。 Chopped carbon fiber reinforced polyimide is a new high-performance material for aviation,but due to the characteristics of its material,processing is more difficult than traditional metals.Based on the finite element simulation function of ABAQUS software,this paper investigates the influence of process parameters on the cutting force of chopped carbon fiber reinforced polyimide composites in the cutting deformation stage,and the simulation results show that when the cutting speed increases from 10 m/min to 60 m/min,the cutting force has a tendency to increase,and when the cutting depth increases from 3μm to 18μm,the cutting force has a small increase trend.The chip formation process is analyzed by the simulation results.
